Project and policy reporting is based on the primary document: the tender prospectus, the consultation paper, the network development plan or the regulatory decision, rather than the accompanying press release.

Capacity figures are stated at the stage they refer to, whether applied for, awarded, consented, under construction or operational. We say which, because those numbers differ substantially and are frequently conflated.
